One chilly night in Barcelona, I bought this sweater and in true French fashion, it was discolored in the washing machine. So I finally decided to do something about it because although I like the cardigan, I wouldn't wear it because of the discolor.
Before
During
After
In all I'm pleased with the color. I didn't leave it in the dye long enough so I might give it another soak... anyone know if that will do anything?

That is a really pretty color of blue--love it!
cute! I love cardigans {they always look cute} and that color looks really good on you.
Can I just tell you that I always read your posts in the middle of the night when I am up with Lincoln?
When he is being a stinker and won't go to sleep, I have to have things to do and I always look forward to seeing what you were up to during the day :-)
Hello that color is awesome!! I'm scheming which articles of clothing I can bring to new life with a new color. Are you at all worried about the next load of laundry to go through the washer? I've never used RIT so I don't know how it works exactly.
Thanks friends! Cher I'm here for you!
RZ in the box it gives you instructions on what to do to clean your washer but it is just do the highest water level and hottest water setting, detergent and 1 cup of bleach and it is all good. You also mix the powder with a small amount of water before you add it when you dye so that the powder doesn't fly everywhere. HAVE FUN! Read the entire box because you can change the color of something not white.
Good work! I love the blue!!
