First Sundays
One thing (of the many) that I love about Paris is that you can eventually do most things for free. Most museums have a free day and the major attractions are free the first Sunday of the month. I went to the Arc de Triomphe one of those days around dusk and just took in the view. Even though there were hundreds of people, the experience was peaceful and breathtaking.
